Expertise in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO, CRO & API Intermediates), the organization provides to clients with comprehensive services from drug development through manufacture on (PO) Purchase Order based & (FTE) Full time employee based services.

Please check our product list # Other than our products; we will provide custom synthesis services. That is as per your compounds requirements we will synthesis and deliver the target molecules within the given time ines. We are enthusiastic to handle complex chemistry.

We have 4+ PhD and postdoc principal scientist for the best trouble shoot for the exploratory chemistry and having more than 15 years experienced scientist for best execution of projects along with talented best chemistry team. 

We will provide below services for (FTE) Full time employee:

1. A team leader (PhD) can responsible for 4-6 chemists by guiding and monitoring them, which includes    

    Project estimations and synthesis execution of Medicinal chemistry & CRAMS molecules.

2. Project estimation on given targets and synthesis execution (mg scale to gram scale).

3. Provide scientific guidance to team members for effective delivery of projects.

4. Effective resource and cost management. Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

5. Finding alternative solutions for the problematic steps and designing alternative schemes for difficult targets.  Each chemist will execute one new step per week,        5-6 reactions per week. During  the troubleshoot a greater number of reactions will be executed to make it successful.

6. Preparing weekly/bi-weekly updates.

7. Regularly monitoring the team LNB (lab note books).

8. Following safety at work through the enforcement of good laboratory practice.

9. Timely preparing final reports of completed projects and shared them with the client.

10. We will reach your expectation & deliver the targets as per timelines.
